SAJ currently offers 3 classes which are held twice a week. These classes are;

Core and Full Body Focus class targets exercises and routines to sculpt the abdominal area and train the power house. There is ground work and upper body workout, along with full body barre workouts and strengthening routines. This class is for those who want to build endurance and can stay fast pace throughout the class.

Pilates and Yoga Focus targets full body barre but with the forms of Pilates and Yoga stretching. Yoga and Pilates focus is for those looking to shred some extra weight, sculpt the body and lengthen their muscle in the process. ( please keep in mind we do not use reformer machines) Pilates Movement is modified without reformer. This class if for those wanting more of a slower but still steady pace class. 

Lower Body and Full Body Focus class targets exercises and routines to sculpt the gluteus maximus area, both inner and outer legs and train your legs to be strong and powerful. There is groundwork and upper body workout, along with full body barre workouts, resistance and strengthening routines. This class is for those who want to build endurance.

Classes are $25 per class or you may choose to purchase a class card good for a group of classes. The card, called an Adult Class Card is good only for Barre Above TM classes. Cards come are;

$150 for 24 classes
$100 for 8 classes
$50 for $4 classes.

Cards expire 30 days from the the time of purchase.
